Frequently Asked Questions About Erica's Laundry
Laundromat Questions:
What are your hours?
We are open from 6 am to 10 pm. Our last wash is at 9 pm.
Are you fully attended?
We are attended from 8 am to 7 pm. From 8 pm until closing, we have a cleaning crew on the premises. So, we have an attendant almost all the time.
Is there a parking lot?
We are part of a shopping center and there is a parking lot that we share.
Do I have to bring soap?
Bring your own or get it from the vending machine.
Fluff and Fold Questions:
How much do you charge per pound?
We charge $1.25 per pound with a 15 pound minimum.
How long does it take to get my clothes back?
Guaranteed next day, but if you have your clothes here by noon, there is a good chance we can have your clothing completely washed & folded the same day. We don’t charge extra for same day service.
Will you hang up my collared shirts or my pants if I request it?
Of course, we will hang your clothes up for you. You can bring in hangers or we charge a $0.10 for each hanger we supply.
Do you separate whites from colors?
Yes we do. We wouldn’t want your colors to bleed onto the white clothes.
Can I make special requests?
You can make special requests. If it’s something you always want, we can keep this information in the computer.
Commercial Laundry Questions:
Do I need to sign a contract?
We do not require a contract. We know you will continue to use Erica’s Laundry if we do a good job.
How often do you pick up and deliver?
We pick up and deliver on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. If it is a particularly large order or needed on a different day, please contact us and we will work something out.
Do we need to create an online account for a commercial business?
Email us at ericaslaundry@gmail.com and we will create an account for you.
Pick-Up & Delivery Questions:
How hard is it to schedule a pickup?
It is very easy. Just double click on the “schedule a pickup” button and the prompts will take you from there. Cannot get easier than that
Can I schedule a time, or do I need to stay home and wait?
We pick up on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You can select the block of time you want: 9-12 am or 3-6 pm. If you can’t be home and feel it is safe to leave on your porch, behind your gate, or with the apartment manager in the lobby, just give us this information. If we are returning your clothes, let us know where you want to leave them.
When will I be billed?
We will have your credit card on file and will charge it after the washing and folding are complete.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $40 and we have FREE pickup. This can include your dry cleaning as well as your fluff and fold.
