In 2019, the new owner purchased Erica’s Laundry. His vision was to make this laundromat the nicest in the area. He started by updating the equipment for his self-service customers. There was already a thriving drop off business, but the new owner decided to add to that by offering his customers laundry pickup and delivery not only for your regular laundry needs, but for dry cleaning as well. Why drive all over town to get your laundry & dry cleaning done when Erica’s Laundry can pick it up and take care of it for you.
In 2020 a new card system was added and self service customers can use credit cards and phone app to operate the machines. It also gives discounts, bonuses and free dry to loyal customers.
In 2021 a high-tech state of the art Ozone infusion system was brought in. With Ozone in all the cold water system, every machine is completely sanitized and disinfected every wash. This is most important at the pandemic time. A major bonus is the laundry that comes out with the fresh smell, softness and brightness. This eco-friendly system also reduces the need for harsh detergents and softeners which is great for people with sensitive skin and allergies.
Erica's Laundry is located in Tarzana but they service all the surrounding cities - Reseda, Encino, Woodland Hills, Canoga park, Van Nuys, Winnetka.
